We are a
family ministry.
It is our desire to present how God has touched our lives, in
the hope of reaching others with His Love, through our testimonies
and songs. It is also our hope to be an encouragement to the Body
of Believers (Hebrews 3:12-13), as well as a light to the lost
(John 3:16).
We believe the Lord is using our songs and stories to bring healing
to the hearts of many. We also see a stronger aspect of evangelism
coming into our ministry as well. It is our desire to remain accessible
to the non-believers and seekers that they might be able to hear
about God's love in a unique and personal way.
Our basic ministry consists of three major aspects -- concerts,
recordings and printed materials. These are the main avenues through
which we express the insights we believe the Lord has put on our
hearts.
We believe that we are some of those "foolish things"
which God uses to shame the wise (1 Corinthians 1:27). Therefore
we do not seek to display ourselves with power or might, but,
empowered by the Spirit, we hope to present simply and articulately,
in story and song how God really changes lives (2 Corinthians
4:7). In representing ourselves as "foolish things"
which God is using we hope to encourage others like ourselves
to give themselves over to God and let Him use them. It is our
hope that the Lord uses us in His Body to "stir up the Spirit"
amongst those whose hearts have grown cold (2 Corinthians 2:15-17).
We hope to share our gifts in as many congregations, venues -
etc. as will have us. We wish to be recognized as a non-denominational
ministry, therefore making us accessible to all denominations
(Ephesians 4:11-13).
DOCTRINAL STATEMENT OF BELIEF
We believe in the Divine Inspiration, inerrancy and authority
of the Old and New Testaments (II Timothy 3:16-17; II Peter 1:21).
We Believe in God as Triunity and that Jesus the Messiah always
had a divine nature, but in His birth He also has a human nature
(Deuteronomy 6:4; Micah 5:2; Matthew 1:18-25; John 1:1-4).
We believe in the lost condition of every human being, Jesus
the Messiah in His human condition excepted, who does not accept
salvation by faith in Jesus Christ. Therefore we believe in the
necessity of presenting the Gospel to all people. The retribution
of the unbelieving and the reward of the righteous are everlasting
and, as the reward is conscious, so is the retribution (Genesis
6:5; Psalm 14:1-3; 51:5; Jeremiah 17:9; John 3:6; Acts 4:12; Romans
3:10, 23; 5:12-19; 8:6-7; 9:1-3; 10:1-15; Matthew 25:46; II Corinthians
5:1, II Thessalonians 1:7-10).
We believe in the sacrificial atonement of Jesus the Messiah
at Calvary, and His bodily resurrection from the dead, and His
ascension into Heaven where He is now our interceding High Priest
( Philipians 2:5-8; I Peter 2:24-25; Luke 24; Hebrews 4:14-16;
Acts 1:9-11).
We believe that the News Birth by faith and obedience to Christ
places each believer in the Body of Christ of which the local
congregation is an expression (Acts 2:32-47; 15:13-17; I Corinthians
12:12-13; I Corinthians 1:2).
We believe that it is necessary for the Christian to be separated
from the worldly system of sin and to resist Satan (Romans 8:12-13;
13:14; Galatians 5:16-25; Ephesians 4:22-24; Colossians 3:1-10;
I Peter 1:14-16; I John 2:15-17; James 4:7).
We believe that Jesus the Messiah will return personally in order
to consummate the prophesied purposes concerning His Kingdom (Acts
1:6-8; I Thessalonians 4:16-18; Acts 5:14-17; II Thessalonians
2:3-8; Zechariah 14:9; Amos 9:15; Ezekiel 34:28).
